The worst location to take passport photos. The girl who dared to hand me the photos that had ghost outlines surround me which definitely would be declined by the government, she took my photos 3 times, but the photos were still fuzzy with ghost outlines, so I asked for refund and went to another cvs which the person definitely was much more experienced who only took once to get the job done right with a checked list to show the photos meet all government requirements which this bad CVS cashier girl never gave me, maybe she knew the photos she took didn't meet the requirements, and yet she dared to charge me for it until I questioned about the photos and asked for refund. She wasted me 30 minutes at the shop for the job only needed less than 10 min at the other CVS. Extremely bad experience.

The pharmacist refused to sell me needles for my testosterone injections. He said I needed a prescription. Florida law does not require a RX for needles. A pharmacy cannot refuse to sell needles to a customer. The pharmacists name was Robinson. I am going to report him to the state medical board. Shameful!! I buy my needles all the fins from Publix and Walgreens. This CVS just happened to be convenient for me today.

If it's not a common or urgent prescription or not in stock it's a pain to get. You have to stay on top of them, calling every week and eventually you give up and don't even need the prescription anymore. We did drive up there to speak to the Pharmacist and he says "I can fill it but you have to wait 10-20 minutes" He says that to everybody -- banking on the fact that most people (including us) don't want to sit there or drive around for 10-20 minutes waiting. If you say no thank you to waiting, he'll say ok we'll have it ready for you soon (which means forever) I get it that COVID testing, medications and testing is priority, but don't be a dishonest and shady Pharmacist because you are overwhelmed. Be honest and tell people the truth and a clear timeline so they can manage their medical care accordingly.
