The hotel bed was comfortable however I felt like the place was dirty, couldn't get over the cigarette/ ash tray smell in the room. The parking lot is extremely dirty, trash every where. Air conditioner was broken, the alternative was to put a 250 square foot ac/ Dehumidifier in the room. We are definitely moving to another hotel, you could tell they were covering up alot of water damage and trying their best.....just not what we expected after driving 5.5 hours.

Room was nice and clean and so was the outside of the building. Check in was done at the front office but, through a machine. They were advertising that they still serve breakfast on their website and on their signage in front of the hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. I specifically picked this hotel as I was staying with 3 kids and it was offering free breakfast. If I knew it was not I would have stayed somewhere else. The room was a good size. I was impressed with the built in shampoo and conditioner station. By the time we get back to the hotel around midnight we realized that there were only enough towels for 3 people. We checked out the next morning but, again if they were serving breakfast we would have stayed another night. We did pay just over $125 because it was spring break

Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows Negative: There were 3 of us in the room. We didn't need housekeeping everyday but needed fresh towels. I got 2 at the office and tried to explain why I needed more than 2. $ people need towels

The room its self wasn't too bad. However the breakfast was horrible. It was weird knock-off little Debbie type of stuff that they give to you in a bag. The outside area is a little rough but nothing horrible, not at least that I saw. However the shower had issues. Every time I showered I would uncontrollably sneeze for the next couple hours. I have no clue why but it made me miserable. The housekeeper was incredibly rude. At 11:15 at night she decided to wake us up by banging on our door to yell at us. She demanded we open the door without even announcing herself as the housekeeper. She did all this just because we put a bag of burnt popcorn out side to air out. It was very unprofessional and rude.
