Cape Coral, Santa Barbara office is definitely a 5 star. The dentist is compassionate, empathetic, listens, patient, educated and gentle. The entire group was great. He is the best dentist I've ever been to. He explains step by step as he does his work. The office was clean and comfortable.

All of the office ladies including Lisa who cleaned my teeth were very friendly and wonderful. Today was my 1st visit at 9:30am and was able to also be seen the same day for a follow up cleaning I had about 4 years ago. I was in and out of the office within about 40 minutes. I Highly recommend using their services.

My husband and I are not complainers and we are in excellent health. So much so that our last dentist, 3 months ago called us "dental unicorns." We were new patients here (just moved to town) and scheduling a routine 6 month cleaning. They immediately informed both of us that we are not eligible for standard cleanings because we are in need of "deep cleaning" (at an out of pocket expense of over $1k each). They would not simply do a routine cleaning (as we have had done for decades at all other dentists) because they said it was a "disservice" to us. I asked if we have the right to decide what is right for us and our bodies and they said not at their establishment. Never again. This is a racket.

I made an appointment for my son on an emergency. His front partials were destroyed by our new dog. We went to the appointment. I sat in my car for over 2 hours thinking that the dentist was going to review his problem and make an impression of his gum area for the purpose getting new partials. The sad news is that we didn't even get this far. I finally went into the office and found my son sitting with an employee discussing the costs of the procedure. To make this story short, she was giving him an estimate for lower partials, not his upper partials.. My son is a veteran and unemployed although he has dental insurance from GEHA, a Federal insurance. They would not start the work if he didn't make payment before they even started making the impressions. He could have made a deposit, but that was not enough. After all the time spent over 2.5 hours, we walked out. WHAT A SHAME TO TREAT A VETERAN IN THIS WAY!!!
