Took my disabled daughter to get braces and paid in full plus insurance paid also paid there part . Then covid hit and he quit taking us. Now my daughter has the braces in her mouth and he won't take them out. I do not recommend Edison dental!!!!!!!

If i could i’d give a 0. Don’t waste your time with these people you’ll regret it after. I live 45 minutes away from this location and there’s been 3 times where i go in for my appointment and they told me the doctor wasn’t there to see me. No phone call before no nothing. Time and gas wasted. They had ME call 4 different places trying to get my records emailed to them, when i mentioned i go there every month she finally decided she can pull them up😂 had to get oral surgery done and had my follow up today but no doctor again! so here I am having to wait another month with stitches in my mouth just so the doctor can see me for 10 mins. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IVE CALLED 6 times at least every day

This place is the absolute worst Dr. Nelson always cancels appointments and seems like he doesn’t care about the patients Im pretty sure most of the people there aren’t qualified to be working there since they always seem so lost I had an incident where he told I no longer had to wear my bands and I would get my braces off soon just to tell me I need to wear them in the day I was going to get them off…4 months wasted and now I have to wait longer This place is full of problems and red flags Save your time and money, it’s has a low rating for a reason
