These people started billing me for a service I did not receive. I haven't even lived in FL for 10 years! But they persist. It's for less than $10, and they are threatening to send it to collections. I will pay it, but it makes me wonder how many other people and insurance companies they are scamming. When I did live in Florida, I used them once. They recommended an expensive procedure. When I got a second opinion, I was told it was completely unnecessary and the tooth is fine. There must be better dentists in Fort Myers

Awesome place! A little panicked thought my 11yr old chipped his tooth while trying to pull it out. They saw us after 5 in an emergency, turned out the tooth was the new one pushing through. No charge, thank you so much. On that note made him a good cleaning appointment. With the influx of people moving here it was nice to grab an appointment only a week out.

I have MAJOR dental anxiety that has kept me from a dentist for far too long. Dr. Schwartz never once made me feel stupid or silly for being so nervous. He laid out a detailed plan, talked in length about what needed to be done and promised me that I wouldn't be in any pain or discomfort. I used laughing gas the first visit and haven't needed it since! He is so gentle and kind, he even called me the night of my first procedure to check on me. You won't go wrong choosing him for your dental work. I can't say enough praises for Dr. Schwartz and his team. I may even go as far as saying I'm excited for my upcoming appointment.

Worst and unprofessional staff between receptionist and Manger Sonia. I got a bill of. 297 because they failed to verify proper and go by protocol upon checking in and out not charging anything u til 3 days later. Sonia the manager very rude points finger at patients face a d kicks them out when she l own her staff and herself failed to do the job correctly. They need younger staff these old ladies. Grandma wise shouldn't be working in medical field if they don't know anything and answers I don't know what a joke feel sorry the company. Worst Nd unprofessional staff ever!!!! Be careful they after your money.
