Top of the line technology for difficult situations, they don’t referral you out and no better price in town. I’m not a fan of dental work but this place I feel good about going.

Always a good experience but this last time was above and beyond…my car battery had died and in no time they had someone pull around with jumper cables and get me up and running! Lacey, the office manager, is always very caring as quick to help in any circumstance!

After relocating to the area and doing my research, I selected Lee Dental Care based upon their reviews. I assumed I was going to have a great experience from what I read, but I was regrettably mistaken. When I was booking my appointment, it took me several weeks to get in based on their schedule - which I was more than understanding to seeing the reviews I came across for the office's popularity. Unfortunately, the appointment only exasperated my already poor experience once it finally came. After my X-rays, I was told to wait for the doctor - which I thought was odd since no cleaning had been completed by the hygienist. The doctor then came in, examined my mouth, and broke the news that I had three cavities. I was surprised since I had never had a cavity in my life, so hearing three was a lot to take in. He offered to show me on my X-rays to validate his diagnosis, but I had no idea what I was looking at and I could not see any variation from my other teeth that he tried to show in order to justify his rationale. I respectfully said I would like to seek a second opinion, and he told me I was absolutely ok to do that. I then asked about my teeth cleaning, and he said they would need to schedule another appointment as this was just a consultation. I was outraged as I had never scheduled a bi-annual exam only to have a consultation and not a dental cleaning. Not to mention - I had already waited weeks to be seen for this appointment. I then asked when that appointment would be, and they said I couldn't be seen for another six weeks based on schedule availability. Of course, I did not schedule that followup appointment because I knew I'd be seeking a second opinion elsewhere. As to no surprise, I did even more research and found another reputable office but I was seen within a week, was given a dental cleaning the day of that appointment, and I was told I didn't have any cavities. Had I listened to this "doctor," I would have had unnecessary dental work but would still be waiting to even be seen. I could not be more disappointed in my experience, but I genuinely feel awful for any patient that has gone to this practice as I would worry if their recommendations for dental work were even valid or needed. I'd give a 0 if I could, but 1/5 - would not recommend this practice.
