WORST BANKING INSTITUTION I have ever dealt with. The customer service is beyond terrible, and it's a disgrace how ill-informed their reps are. I was embarrassed for them because my situation was straightforward forward and this review could have easily been avoided. My mother had an account with this place and unfortunately passed away in July'22. I reached out to the bank to take care of the balance and have the rest of the funds transferred over to me. I called in the first week of August and the first rep told me I just needed to email a death certificate, surrogate court paperwork, and nothing else. Fast forward to me waiting until the middle of October and haven't heard a thing from this bank. I decided to give them a call and the second rep I had Britney Johnson told me I needed an L8 form which the first rep never even mentioned 2 months ago. I preceded to tell her I have been waiting way too long and no other bank required this form nor made it this difficult. She assured me don't worry just sign this form and email it back to me and everything will be done. I asked if I needed a notary because I don't have any more time to give your institution. She replied no and that everything would be fine after I email her this form. I gave her my email and not only did I need it signed by a notary, but she also sent me a filled-out practice form that I couldn't even fill out. Tried calling her back on her extension multiple times and was ignored. I emailed her and said I needed to speak to a supervisor because nothing she said was accurate and the only thing she could say was sorry we need the form and ignored all my other grievances. Finally spoke to a supervisor today and even though I told her everything that happened she could do nothing for me. Summary of the story is: NEVER TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY, OR THAT OF YOUR LOVED ONE BECAUSE THIS BANK IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING STAY AWAY!

Cunj is ridiculous I been a member since 2008 I’m very unhappy with the service that they give I been requesting a call from a supervisor for 2 weeks now and still didn’t receive a call back. I been asking for a sooner appointment to close my accounts and they would never respond. The account fees they charge are also ridiculous they will charge you to transfer money from one account to another if they have to do the transfer. I would transfer my own money but if I don’t do it in time they would charge me when money is in my other account I don’t have these problems at my other bank

Horrible!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would, I have had 2 checking accounts 2 savings accounts and I even had a loan through them...they've recently closed the location closest to me and now the other branch is an 1hr away, it took over 5-6 phone calls to get a lost debit card sent out to me and the bounce you around in the automated system.....I will be closing out allow my accounts and paying the credit card off and just being done with it!

10/08/2021 Are the phone lines Down 2day again??? Been calling both 609 & 800 lines all morning, only getting dead air... I don't & do not wish to use any online banking, because of issues like this (One doesn't know who/when online access are being hacked... I need to get into my accounts to pay my debts TODAY

Beside normal credentials like your various ID's, you will need proof of the business. Any forms showing a LLC works. All documents need to be certified from the state to show you met the requirements to own/operate a business. Everyone who is in partnership must be present to sign forms at the bank. Finally, congratulations!!
If I'm not mistaken, including what Ms. Taylor stated, you might need an authentication from the bank. For my mother's account, she did need authorization to set it up her mobile banking
