They don’t answer the phone

The only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars instead of 0 is because the front store staff is wonderful; the pharmacy staff is atrocious. I've had to use this pharmacy because of insurance constraints for the past few months, and they have regularly neglected to refill prescriptions that are on automatic refill (and that I have checked, double checked, and tripled checked to make sure are on auto-refill); they do not answer phone calls in a timely manner or at all; they have failed to inform me of issues with prescriptions until it's too late for me to do anything about it in time to prevent missing multiple dosages; they have failed to pick up even after I have called the front store and asked them to transfer me to the pharmacy after having been on hold for 15, 20, 30 minutes; they have failed to return my calls after I've left voicemails; and they have failed to address any of these issues after I've directly spoke with the head pharmacist multiple times. Their lack of consideration for clients is horrific, and I hate to imagine how many other clients have had similar experiences to their own detriment. A HUGE thank you, however, to the front store staff who have gone above and beyond to deliver messages to the pharmacy when the pharmacy staff has failed to do their job.

Ordered a canvas print for a birthday gift and was texted it was done at noon. It's 8pm now and the manager said "yeah I probably should have called you its not ready" . Terrible service.
