Honestly? I say ignore the poor reviews. I lived here for 2 years and it was the best experience I've had living in an apartment complex (I lived in 2 others prior). I moved out recently due to a job relocation but, if i didn't have this life change, I most certainly would not have moved. Where do I start? Is the constantly meticulously maintained grounds? Is it the almost instant maintenance team member at your door within 24 hours of the request no matter how small? Is it the super responsive and understandable property manager, Theresa? Or maybe its the stunning clubhouse and pool. You get the point. It was an enjoyable 2 years. The complex is quiet despite being next to the airport. The neighbors for the most part are friendly. Parking is great. I can go on and on. Take it from someone that lived there for 2 years…if you are just “thinking about it”… stop and sign that lease. You wont be disappointed.

Green750 has been home since 2018. All of the staff members are awesome; especially Theresa and Mandi! The apartment complex is always well kept and looks immaculate. Unfortunately due to Covid, the use of the amenities were minimal, but the pool was always a great addition to be able to use! The apartments provide you great space for your money and the balcony is the largest I’ve seen in the area. Such a great place to be!!! ❤️ I will miss it

We searched everywhere and these are the nicest, most modern, open floor plan apartments in the central NJ area. We moved from a home into our beautiful two bedroom apartment. Most models have windows on more than one side of the apartment, allowing light in at different points in the day. Fixtures, door and base moldings, cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, double pane windows which pull in for cleaning, are all top quality. Maintenance does a brilliant job keeping everything up and it shows. Sadly, I moved to another state and had to leave Greene 750. I don't think I have ever been sad to leave an apartment before, and I lucked out with wonderful neighbors. Theresa, April, Mandi, and the amazing maintenance staff are excellent. Response time was always quick, communication was clear, quality of maintenance work was top notch (no bandaids) and I was always treated with respect. I enjoyed living here for the last 5 years. Thank you for a great experience.

Moved to the New Jersey area in November 2020 from Deerfield Beach, FL. I had my sister help me with visiting places that I felt I would feel comfortable. I was looking for luxury, affordability and a place that I could call home, Greene 750 was just that place. From the moment I met April, my leasing agent and Theresa, Property Manager, I knew I found that right place. I've had several interactions with both and all very positive. The apartment is wonderful, lots of natural light and very spacious. The Property Manager, Theresa is AMAZING. Very accommodating, professional and always available when needed. Thank you for a great experience!
