Once they have you as a member, forget about them addressing any complaints. I asked them for months to lower the temperature during the summer heat and complained about the humidity and odor at peak hours... nothing was done. Now, after I cancelled my membership since I got tired of the issues, I still have to pay them for two more months. AVOID this place at all costs. Their salesmen will try and drag you into signing up for a membership, but don't fall for it.

Some are giving one star others five I give it a two for the good and bad of the reviews. It's a good facility and has good classes and good people there. But like the one stars, what I was told about the contract and getting out of it does not line up with the real process. It's hard to get out of. Many loop holes and hoops to jump through. Good gym horrible membership program. I would recommend to them them that they actually make it easier so people leave happier and still give good word of mouth and give good reviews rather than squeeze every last due out of people. I have changed gyms so i can go with my family. Otherwise I would continue to recommend this place to others. But i can't especially since i now have other friends fighting to get out of the contract that is not what is promised at sign up.

My fiancé and I will not rejoin Urge. They charged us an Annual Fee even after memberships were cancelled. They also charged us for 2 additional months even after membership is canceled. It was in our contract but never pointed out to us. Equipment and lockers are not maintained and equipment is outdated. There are many other really good gyms near our new home. We will definitely not join Urge now or ever. Note: We tried to work it out with Urge but they don’t seem to value their members.

Yes they do. They have the full schedule on their website. Really awesome classes. Different then any other club around.
Yes my Son and his family are also members and in law enforcement. They receive a discounted rate. Not sure how much but i know they do.
Yes! I have 3 kids. I drop them off every morning and jump into a class. Its so convenient.
They never close. 24 hours a day. I have taken classes on holidays. They are always open.
With tax its 21 dollars a month. For the 24 hour service it's like 31 a month but it's open 365 days a year. Use your fingerprint to her in dont even need a scan card. Gym is the best in that area. I think jersey strong is alittle better but the closest one is in robinsville. Not a big difference but the gym is good no complaints.

My son canceled after one year and they are still charging him! He gave plenty of notice. Beware!

A membership can be as low as $19.99a month it's good just to go and talk to them.
