The most significant issue I faced with this encounter was a new charge: Ford was to impose a $25.00 charge to rotate my tires while getting the "Works" I have owned 7 Fords in the past 11 years, 3 of which F 150's all with 35" tires. They said the charge was a new charge from Ford due to oversized tires, but they do not charge F250,350.. any additional. They come with the same size tire. When I challenged this, they said we wouldn't charge this time, and It seemed Seemed very fishy on how they approached this, not to mention there is no documentation of this charge anywhere. I called two other dealerships' service centers, and both service departments said they had not heard of such a new charge. I can tell you this made me upset. The Ford dealerships around where I can take our cars to be serviced all have issues, from stripping my lug nuts and lying about it until the service tech finally admitted to the issue to my truck being damaged during an oil change. The bumper was bent. The Service manager had to press the tech that worked on my truck until he admitted to what had happened. My point is it is had to find a Ford service center that can do quality work. I will probably forgo the rest of my free oil changes and take my Ford vehicles to another service center, as Ford's reputation is highly tainted here. Last note, I am not the only Ford owner that feels this way. Whenever I talk to someone or share a story, they have several good stories about other bad experiences.

Great experience! The finance department worked with me on my numbers ahead of time and by the time I came in, they had me out of there in less than 2 hours. They gave me a good value on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced at market value. I would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future.

I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their vehicle. After hitting a deer, the repair process was a nightmare. Yes, there were parts shortages out of Doherty Ford's control. However, I never received any updates without me calling in. I had a mechanic tell me they had to call a few people because nobody knew how to open the hood to my vehicle. The front grill was installed with the incorrect color. Body panels had large gaps, and the wheel well insulation was not snapped in completely. All these issues required separate trips in to get resolved. I ended up also receiving my vehicle in a dirtier state than I sent it in and brakes so squeeky that I could wake the neighborhood. I was informed the squeaky brakes were "normal." After driving it home, I had a hose to the turbo pop loose (unknown what the issue was at the time) and had to tow it back the same day I received it. After all this, I received a coupon for a free oil change. A couple weeks ago I took advantage of the free oil change and brought my vehicle in for servicing. I discovered a week later that my oil cap was popped off and oil had completely make a mess of the engine bay. I only discovered this after I started getting fumigated inside the car. I emailed the owner and was not surprised that the response felt like a generic apology.

Very disappointed I dropped off my truck about 2weeks ago to get fix Low air pressure fix and all fluids flushed and topped off, but the main reason I brought it to you “especially” is the truck need to have one tire air pressure sensor replaced or fixed. I have picked my truck today and here are my findings, Tier sensor was not even noted or looked at. Cassy in serves tech. and I told the Quick lane person. Oil marks of servers’ personal shoes are all over the tan interior of the driver door for me to clean after your team. A half bottle of water in the cup holder for me to clean after your team. two scratches down to the aluminum on each side of the truck bed for me to take it to a body shop. white crystal on the running board from the DEF fluid for me to clean. also add the issue of inconvenience of drop off and pick up and Uber cost that you also may not care about. this really have upset to the point of writing this note that maybe send to someone to call and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction that you have already lost. Customer satisfaction is get done right first time. Not all the above screw-ups and lack of minimum level of care of the customer assets. I have photos date today’s date if you like. I will make sure not come back, and one customer is off your back. Sorry to for the inconvenience.
