Real nice owner or manager lady. Its small but has what you need...Refrigerator?Yes. Microwave?Yes. There is no stove top but its really not needed. Plenty of fast-food options real close. The one thing that I will say is the room needed to be cleaned a bit more but nothing to bad. Other then that we liked it and have no other complaints.

I have room 1 for several weeks. Dbl queen #1. Very fine. No issues. Very clean. Inexpensive. Great Forest Grove location.

The Burbank

By far the worst motel I've ever been to, the motel managers have this mob like attitude when it comes to staying an extra night, check out is at 11am, but they will go to your door at 9:30am-10:00am demanding you pay an extra night or get out, not to mention the fact that they have extra "fees" like my friend brought over his car for a few minutes in the visitor parking and they tried charging me an extra 10 dollars for another person and tried charging him 20 dollars for parking his car there. This isn't even touching base on the room quality yet. My room was #8, 1 out of the 4 wall lights had a light bulb in them, there is also a lamp in the corner but that on wasn't plugged in and had no light bulb as well. The bathroom had a light bulb though, and it makes it convenient to get light from the bathroom becuase the door is jammed open and won't close. The shower walls were covered in hair, the sink had a crack in it, and the hot water takes about 3 days to heat up, not at the sink though thats pretty quick which makes zero sense unless they have the shower running on a different hot water heater, it must be across the street at bimart or something based on how long it takes. None of the pillows had pillowcases, the bed made some ridiculous loud metal buckling/snapping/banging sound every time you put pressure on it, the bed cover had cigarette burns in it and an ash tray although it was a non smoking room, and it had cockroaches in it, it was like a movie, the moment you flip the light on they scatter, I'd say about 15-20 all in the bathroom.

This place was absolutely terrible. Middle Eastern manager lady was really rude. Rooms were dirty and I was given a smoking room without being told that I was. I paid for two nights and got my keys and went to room and it was a smoking room. Filthy dirty with black mold in the bathroom and smelled horrid. She calls at a half our before checkout time and tells you it's checkout time. You're better off to pay a few dollars more somewhere else in town.
