Their yarn is filthy covered in dirt and stickers and splinters. Called them to ask for some new ones they said no. Very bad customer service.

I have to say, that this location is the best I. Oregon! And I say that because the staff are top notch! There was a gentleman with blue ish hair helping my son and I check our the other day. And he was talkative, polite, even complimented me when I know dang well I didn't shower that day. I look forward to coming I and just saying hello. The store is always tidy and stocked as well. I give this store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
