Clean, comfortable, great breakfast options, looked like a nice pool and hot tub (though we didn’t use it). Parking lot spaces are VERY tight (probably my only complaint).

Positive: All of our encounter with the staff was great. The hotel and the rooms had a pleasant smell when entering. The rooms were clean and were stocked well. The area seemed safe and the parking was not to tight. We definitely would stay again. Negative: The house keeping missed us. When I asked, it was because we should of put the door hanger on. When we read the directory when arriving, it did not say anything about it. Only tells you to hang it if you do not want service.

This is my 6th night at the Best Western University Inn & Suites in Forest Grove, Oregon. There is a mobile home park behind the hotel. Every single night dogs bark all night long. Very annoying and disruptive. When I checked in, the front desk asked me what day I wanted my sheets changed, since I am here for 8 nights. I said Wednesday (today) and they confirmed. Well, the sheets were not changed today as promised. They forgot to leave a spare roll of toilet paper. They forgot to empty the waste basket. One day they forgot to make the bed. Not impressed. The hot breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff are very attentive.

The staff...10 stars!⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟 Everyone is so incredibly nice and professional. This is, hands down, the best Best Western I've stayed at.....and I've stayed at too many to count due to work.🏆🏅 Sleep soundly, wake up and grab an amazing to go breakfast bag, return, repeat. 🛌 Really...it's quiet here and I actually do sleep sound for a change.💝
