Kirk was super helpful and it was a short wait to get help. It’s very easy to upload a print service online and then pick it up there the next day.

If they can't help you with a FedEx related request and question, they will just say no and wait for you to leave. They won't even apologize, ask further questions, ask if they can help you with anything else, ask you if they can have a moment to find more information, or mention anything else. Just straight up no, and waits until you leave. It's the most awkward and lazy customer service ever. I asked if they can ship a box and return label to someone, and guy at the counter said only one answer "no". I asked if they sell boxes and wrapping and out of the whole conversation, he would only point, say one word, or turn their head. The work ethics there is lazy and would not trust my items to be carefully shipped there.

I went here to have all my clothes (~ 2 suitcases' worth), desktop computer box, books and other things shipped from San Francisco to Orange County, rather than hiring a moving company. My packing professional got everything to fit in just a couple of boxes. The shipping and packing only cost me $160, and the packing service was only a small fraction of that ($30). It was well worth the stress it took off my shoulders to pack everything. At first I was afraid they might try to over-package everything in an overabundance of caution and charge me lots of money for that, but this couldn't be further from what happened. My possessions were packed so efficiently, I don't know if hardly any bubble wrap was necessary at all. Will be using FedEx again for any other small moves in the future! The only downside was FedEx (like other shipping companies) only ships disassembled bikes. So rather than paying someone to disassemble the bike, then bring it to FedEx to be shipped, then bring it somewhere else to reassemble it, it just made sense to donate the bike and buy a new one. Seems like the logical thing to do anyway.
