I was referred this place by one of my friends! Have to say the service was amazing! Extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was great! I got the biscuits and gravy & side of hashbrown! One of the best biscuits and gravy I have had in a long time! The ambiance was great it really was a great experience that’s for sure. I would say anyone who wants a good meal and even better service check this place out!

This is a MUST EAT AT location in Milwaukee. Our server, Katie, was friendly and very knowledgeable. The monkey bread was fresh and had incredible texture and flavor. If we would have known how amazing the food was before our last day in the city, we would have gone for brunch again prior to leaving.

I'm so upset with myself for forgetting my leftovers on the table! I had the corned beef and leeks benedict with scrambled eggs and a side of their hash browns with cheese, onions, and peppers added. It was delicious! And my service was also amazing. I will definitely be visiting regularly!

Blue’s only accepts reservations for parties of 7 or more, Monday through Friday. Blue’s does not accept reservations on Sunday or Saturday. Parties of up to 6 can get on the list remotely and check current wait times by finding Blue’s Egg (Milwaukee) and Blue's Egg (Shorewood) on the waitlist feature of the Yelp app. Once you arrive, please check in with a host and we will seat you when your table is available and your entire party is present. This is not a reservation; wait times are estimates; seating order is not guaranteed. If there is not currently a wait, it will say "Come on in!"
Plexi Dividers are up between tables, all staff wears masks, and patrons need to have them on until they are seated.

They do not allow reservations The wait for large parties can be pretty long so send someone early to get on list
They do not take reservations in advance. It is a small place. Your best bet for a larger parties is to get there early and enjoy the coffee or bloody mary bar outside while you wait.
