Very friendly staff. Clean facilities. Towels and robes provided. Water temperature is perfect and not cold. Parking is a bit difficult to find but it's the same throughout nyc. There is several modes of public transportation. The subway stop is one block away.

Today was my first day and upon arrival the SIGNAGE to the facility was not there. I had to drag my Oxygen machine all around the first floor until I was told its on the 2nd floor. Please put up signs with the new name of the place. The place was clean. I slipped (but didn't get hurt) stepping into the shower by the pool. I brought it to the maintenance man's attention tha a mat is needed in there. They have a lot of fun gadgets and machines to help me feel better and I cannot wait until the next visit. The staff was nice, considerate.,, professional and very accommodating. I truly believe that they can restore me to better mobility.

My mother has Parkinsons and was recommended to try aquatic therapy. We had high hopes for this place as it is nearby and hopefully a supportive experience for her. However upon arrival we realized this was not going to be the case. Initial reaction was the place was not clean, there was construction coming out of the closet and it looked a mess and filthy. She also signed up for 1 hr of physical therapy in the pool and when the therapist arrived he gave her 15-20 minutes of exercise and then said that's it, appointment was over- for 100 dollars! 100 dollars for an hour of useful exercise in the pool would have been one thing, expensive but willing to pay the price for support with her health, but for 15-20 minutes!? When she brought up this complaint they were nasty to her and unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. This is a waste of your time, money and stress
