My dad lived at Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook from July 2018-May 2022. The staff was always friendly & helpful, & they always took good care of my dad. Upon visiting heritage for the first time, we immediately felt welcomed into the community & family that makes up the staff & residents there. My dad made some awesome memories & I'm truly grateful for the care that he received.

This place is ridiculous. The new administrator and new nurse are absolutely terrible and unprofessional especially the nurse. She’s unprofessional and treats her CNA’s badly. She doesn't care about the employees is lazy and forgetful. I strongly recommend not working there.

Dad found HW and moved in three years ago. He loved the staff, the other people, and the food. Special thanks to Lori, Tav, Sherelle, Christina, Dot and all the nurses, CNAs, dining room workers, and cleaning people. All work hard, and do not get paid enough. Thank you!
