I arrived few minutes before they close at 10pm, door was still open, got inside to place order, got told from the “manager” they are closed, they can’t award their own promise to be open until 10.

Ate there on June 9th. The place was filthy in the prep area but they were friendly and assumed they had just had a rush. Got home and bit into my burrito to discover this chunk of metal. It was near closing and I didn't want a replacement so I contacted corporate. They were apologetic and seemed to know it was part of an avocado masher immediately. Apparently they have a known issue with this happening and someday I may hear from the masher company. They offered me a refund, that took 6 weeks roughly. They also offered me 2 free burritos, I countered w 20. Figure that's about an hour of their lawyers time. They came back w 4 and I asked to speak to their boss. Joe, a boss at corporate, was rude and didn't care. The company has since never followed thru on anything. Joe has blocked my number and for awhile I was blocked from Twitter. Clearly they don't deserve your business. Please don't eat at this Chipotle or any others.
