The customer service , or lack thereof, in this particular store (PARAMUS) and when trying to speak to someone over the phone is truly appalling. The resources they put into sending offers in the mail trying to gain new members would be better served training and recruiting staff , to retain current customers!!

I just ordered bone wing and permesan knots, not that satisfied with the permesan knots like old or left over just reheated it's so hard and burned can't even bite coz very hard like stone.

They open at 9 a.m., and they typically close at 10 p.m. unless otherwise stated (weather emergencies or holidays may affect closing time)

Why does the BJ's website says closing hours on Sunday is 7:00pm and entrance door sign says 6:00pm? Please upgrade signs for your customer's shopping and travel convenience.
