I had a great experience at this location. When I arrived George P. greeted my wife and I quickly and seemed happy to help. At first I thought of course he is happy to help he wants to make the sale but after working with him for over an hour I could see that he was the right salesman.. George at no time tried to up sell me instead he showed me my best options and saved me a ton of money. George was courteous and answered my wife’s many questions and did not stress my 3 year old daughter who talked the entire time! lol. George is truly the one who made the sale by making us see and understand what are options were! Thanks George!! Dave B.

Walked into this place to take a look at the washer/dryers. Told the salesperson as soon as we walked in that we wanted to browse and would ask him questions after we had an idea what we wanted. He decided to stalk us in close proximity regardless so I could not take it anymore after about 2 minutes and left to buy a washer/dryer set at Best Buy down the road about 10 minutes later.

I don't think it's a separate Bluetooth handset. What it means is that you can actually link your cell phone to the base via Bluetooth, so that when the phone rings, you can also answer it with your cellphone
