Very bad practice, where they don't care about the patients. The people working there are least bothered about prescriptions or answering the phones. They are very rude and the person in charge of prescriptions is the worst.

I called this Dr cause I can’t sleep.The office people said they weren’t sure if he could help me.So a sleep Dr can’t help a person who can’t sleep what kind of dr is he.Anyway they said we have to speak with him to see if he can help you so will call you back .Been waiting ever since.Thank god they never called cause it didn’t look confident to start with.Things happen for a reason.I found a Dr and now I’m sleeping once again.Thank you Dr Tohme and your staff for being unprofessional!

Dr Shah is good. Office staff terrible. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls and they don't refill prescriptions. I am looking for another endocrinologist. They say they're busy. Show me one person on the planet that isn't busy. Time to move on to someone who actually cares about my health.

You cannot leave a voicemail and I think that a doctor's office should allow the patient to leave one
