Had worst experience. After the sale, it was very hard to get a hold of the salesman. Was on hold few times for long periods of time. Delivery was delayed and the guys including the salesperson were not even apologetic and they HUNG UP the phone.

I have good experiences actually with this store and with PC Richard in general. I usually never had any issues but I had one issue with a cooktop installation where the survey person said the new cooktop doesn't fit into the existing cutout space but had to request a second opinion so they arranged for a second review which proved the first survey was incorrect. Then the install was done a little off so we requested a second install to fix the imperfectiins which they did and now it is perfect.

The last time I was there, the costumer service was bad and I had to complain about it. The attention to costumers used to be better.

I have made a relationship with a salesman years ago. Guy always took care of me. Recommend him all the time and have followed him to this store. I live in Staten Island and come all the way to this store.

My solution when this type of.thing happens is to find out who the president of the company is and write a letter to him or her. This has never failed to get a positive outcome.
