I’ve been living here 2 years and this past weekend someone was been breaking into cars. When I notified the office they were nonchalant and didn’t even acknowledge my issue. I was told they no longer have security so your belongings aren’t safe in this neighborhood!!!

I don’t know how any of the residents ever get in contact with the leasing office. I’ve called everyday for the last 2/3 weeks trying to speak to a manager or Allen yet my calls get ignored. My husband tried calling from a different number while I wasn’t home and they answered of course but it wasn’t something he could resolve as I needed to be present. No one ever picks up I screen shot my call log and have called over 30 times all have which been ignored & redirected to their calling center who of course couldn’t help me. Very unhappy with what little service I experienced.

Where do I begin??? The pool isn't even open yet. Maintenance takes forever to come and fix things. There is back mold around all the windows, not just in my unit, but all units, even the new ones that are renting out. A contractor came and fixed something in my apartment and he gave me the run down on how they operate. I was shocked. Maintenance is not provided with everything they need in order to complete a job, so they get frustrated and just don't do it. Something in my apartment needs to be replaced and they are just not doing it. They keep going up on prices but not going up in service. I can't wait to get out this lease. My next step is complaining to the corporate office, because it takes forever for things to get fixed. But they want rent on time every month. Tuh!
