Worst dispensary on Long Island. They’ll be out of business soon. Always problems with placing orders online. Then, even if you can get an order to go through, you still have to wait for them to pack your order when you get there. So what’s the purpose of placing an order online? Not sure… Had a missing items on multiple occasions. Products are OK. But, not worth the hassle. These people need to get there stuff in order. Maybe they’re all dipping into the products while working too much…?

There needs to be a zero star option for this place. They are the most unhelpful people. I went here for over a year for my gf bc they’re the only place in town but I stopped. They want your first born child basically to get through the door. Do they forget this is medication?? Save yourself the time and go to sunny side medical in Huntington they are the best people and they keep your stuff on file so you don’t have to pass a grade 1 background check every time you need your medication

They can’t print a single piece of paper. It’s so much for this company to print a price of paper I will NEVER come back to this location making me have to go somewhere else WHERE YOU STILL NEWD MY PAPERWORK ON FILE. You need a printed copy of your certification here. It's a total waste of your time. Go to anywhere else where they will store your details and not treat a returning customer/patient like a stranger.

From what I have seen online I believe you have to contact NYS to grant you permission for an out of state card to be used temporarily. keep in mind flower is not available in NYS as of yet

Hi Mike! Great question. Currently, patients must be certified in New York’s medical program to purchase Curaleaf medicine. To get certified, you need to see a registered practitioner. The New York Department of Health lists the registered practitioners near you on their website (Sorry! We can’t link here due to community guidelines), or some patients choose to see a practitioner via telemedicine services like HelloMD, NuggMD, PrestoDoctor or others. If you become certified, we welcome you to come on over to Curaleaf Carle Place to complete your registration with the state and meet your local Care Team. Yessss they do make things a little difficult. I gave up cking on my online order..I triple ck before I hit that sent button. Then I ck again when I get the product I ck again. But as of last time I was there, I order lemon Haze and even the sale rep said it was lemon Haze because of the color tabs on container, the label said something else. Did not smell or taste as lemon haze. Sadden about it and I wish, what it was advertising, and what a customer is buying is really what a customer gets.They are the only ones that have their own abbreviation but doesn not share the meaning of their abbreviations. Good, but I feel there should be a variety, a legend for their abbreviations, if u order online credit cards should be allowed charged when one is placing the order( it should also realized that u can apply your rewards and discounts), and ones order as soon as u pull up to pick it up. They already sell flower. The New York State law has not taken affect yet so you will still need to get a medicinal card to buy anything out even get into the store. The law will not take affect until at least 2022.
Ask search engines and NYSDOH. They have doctors that can evaluate and assign a card if everything is correct.
