I have a NY Marijuana card registered with you in Carle Place I am having surgery tomorrow will my husband be able to come in with my card to pick up my pain meds without me? Or if I’m in the car can someone just come out to verify that it’s me so

Someone has to register as your caregiver with NYS

You can register her in my.ny.gov as a caregiver.

I belive you would have to sign up on the website to have your husband designated as a caregiver, in order for him to be able to get your meds. health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/caregiver/
