Yessss they do make things a little difficult. I gave up cking on my online order..I triple ck before I hit that sent button. Then I ck again when I get the product I ck again. But as of last time I was there, I order lemon Haze and even the sale rep said it was lemon Haze because of the color tabs on container, the label said something else. Did not smell or taste as lemon haze. Sadden about it and I wish, what it was advertising, and what a customer is buying is really what a customer gets.They are the only ones that have their own abbreviation but doesn not share the meaning of their abbreviations. Good, but I feel there should be a variety, a legend for their abbreviations, if u order online credit cards should be allowed charged when one is placing the order( it should also realized that u can apply your rewards and discounts), and ones order as soon as u pull up to pick it up. I found that if you on the phone for 15 minutes they disconnect you regardless of your position in the SKU. If you do an online order I wouldn't worry about it I'm sure it's in there. You can also confirm when you're pulling in front of the place they'll take your card and your money and bring it out to you in the parking lot or you can go inside to pick up. All good they do a nice job at this place and it's the only place I'll go to pick up my medical marijuana. Good luck don't worry about it.
