I just went by earlier this evening and had my cracked phone screen fixed so quickly! Someone recommend I come here for my phone and I'll now be recommending others myself. It was very easy to find my closest location and schedule an appointment on the website. The only hangup I experienced was verifying if I had insurance on my phone plan, so make sure you do that before you go in. Regardless, my questions were answered very patiently as I was totally clueless in the process. I'm completely blanking on the name of the person who helped me, but he helped me file a claim and had my phone done in about ten minutes, just before closing. Very much appreciated the service level here!

Yes, Most of the time. It depends on the type of phone, and the cause of the jam. Bring it in for our "Free Diagnostics" , and we'll take a look. If we can fix it, we'll agree on a cost and a time frame, if we can't, there is no charge. We are open 10am - 7pm Monday thru Saturday and 12-5pm on Sunday.
