My wife's father passed two years ago. Novad owned the reverse mortgage process. DO NOT EVER work with this company. They have been silent for a year and a half and the home STILL remains in limbo. They do not answer their phones. They will differ you to HUD who will say NOVAD has all the paperwork. TWO YEARS. Worse company I've ever worked with.

Company could save money utilizing an automated answering machine as that is all the live persons at the listed contact number are. Always "will be contacted in 3-4 days", never a true answer. Most overworked and underperforming of government contractors.
