When I arrived to the store Sarah W greated me with a friendly smile and asked how she could help. After explaining what I was wanting to do, she immediately knew exactly how to fulfill my request. After the final products were complete, she helped me pick out several dry erase markers that fit my need. She went above and beyond to make my experience great. Weird experience where we got our passport photos taken, but the photos were rejected when we tried to submit our passport applications. Thankfully when we came back for a refund, the manager understood and gave me the money back. Customer service is important, and I'll likely return because they didn't question me about a refund.
