The staff at OU Hospital does not care about the patient or taking care of the patient. The nurses and doctors are argumentative. They do not listen to the patient or take the families concerns about the care of their family member seriously. As a teaching hospital, what kind of nurses and doctors do they think the people they are teaching are going to be when they teachers don't care. I know hospitals are short staffed since the Covid Pandemic. That does not give the staff reason to neglect the care the patient receives.i rated a one because ZERO wasn't an option.

If I were you I would call first. Because I don't know if a referral Is needed for the scan. Rules possibly have changed since COVID happened! Blessings🤗
