The beds and linens were really nice. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathtubs/showers needs updated, they were breaking down on the outside of the tub such as caulking and the drywall. They were small and dirty. The sink and vanity were updated so those were nice. The toilet had pee on the back of it. We requested room service 1 night out of 3 (request only). The carpet in the could stand to be updated. The breakfast is decent. Of the 4 times 2x it was the same. The fruit was not very fresh. The waffle maker is great. Coffee was also nice. Overall I would stay here again for this area because there aren't many nice options.

Fantastic service at this location when I stayed the night back in May. The manager Robert "Bo" had some of the best customer service I have ever received. Very clean rooms, and had a great breakfast before heading out for the day. Tops the chart for any hotel around the area including all of Hampton Roads. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The bed and pillows were comfy like a usual Hampton Inn brand hotel. The room did not seem to be cleaned well, though. At first we noticed items were left in the fridge from the last person staying here. The floor was not vacuumed well. I woke up with a runny nose and itchy eyes (allergens/irritants) and when I opened the shower slide door I saw there is black mildew or mold along most of the bottom and top of the shower. That made my morning feel off and less productive because I had trouble breathing and had a runny nose from being in the room.

Rooms were CLEAN!! staff Beau at front desk and Rita in housekeeping were very hospitable and professional. Made my long 8 hour drive worth the trip! Service was great all the way around.
