I checked into the location around 930 pm 7/22/22 and needed somewhere to stay for a week. The room had roaches and water bugs, there is no fire alarm in the room I am in which is a non smoking room. It is 7/23 0800 I have not even been here for an 12 hours and ask for a refund and they tell me that they cannot give me a refund until morning despite the unsanitary conditions of the room and lack of things required to have in a room per fire code. I'm five months pregnant and last night there were men walking in an out of the hotel rooms all night and around my vehicle.

Staff was welcoming to me upon arrival. Was assigned a room on the first floor and was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room. The room was very clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. The shower head was nice and high (I'm a 6' tall person and constantly have to squat under the shower head). Also, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. TV, Internet (WiFi) and A/C worked as intended. Convenient to nearby gas stations, a car wash, and various options for food. And the best part: NO BUGS! If I travel to this area again, I will definitely stay here!

Positive: The location of the hotel was good. Negative: I was checked in to dirty rooms on Saturday. The first two had unmade beds. The third room was checked by staff first. The bed was mad but there was a dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom and the bins were not lined. The counters were not wiped clean.
