Dr. Sydney is amazing, but trying to get monthly prescriptions refilled is an awful headache! Calling the prescription in and sending the prescription in via the app (which you’re not able to do now since it updated) are one of the same as it takes days, if not a week for them to be called in, unless you send your Dr a message (which you’re not able to do now since it updated)!

No it has to be scheduled contact the office and will let you know how. Only labs from that providers will be done there not from outside providers.
