Terrible customer service from front desk receptionist! Came in for a first appointment and walked in 11 minutes after scheduled appointment time due to a random TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR that caused significant traffic and then I had trouble finding their office door within the building and spent at least 6 of the 11 minutes looking for their office. When I came in the female receptionist with blonde hair was extremely snarky and rude and did not give me a moment to speak or offer the reason why I was late. She immediately said “well, the next appointment is here already… so……” and then clicked around on her computer before saying she would ask if it would be permissible to still keep the appointment. I sat and waited and then she called and informed me they wouldn’t be able to take me that day, standing right there after driving all the way for 35 minutes in the rain, but I had another appointment scheduled because I had multiple issues I was interested in being seen for so she said “it could just be done then.” Well then why did you schedule me for two different appointments in the first place? I felt extremely judged by her attitude and I would recommend management replace her with someone friendlier or if you’re a potential patient I would recommend going elsewhere because this experience and other reviews shows this place is just so poorly ran. And the way the business replies back shows the extremely snarky and rude attitude here. Cancelled my other appointment and will not be coming back. I would suggest you not waste your time coming here either!

It is a pleasure going to this practice all due to Dr. Assaf and his two assistants- Sara Palka and Tina Reinke. I have been a patient of Dr. Assaf’s for over 6 years. He is THE most kind, caring, intelligent and humble physician. Always professional, consistently appropriate with treatment and his bedside manner is second to none!! Sara and Tina have been with him for awhile and share his compassion and personal interest in their patients as well. I will continue to refer this practice highly because of Dr. Assaf and his support staff. I hope retirement is NOT in his near future!

Was prescribed medication, and after over a week and a half since the appointment, I still haven't received it. At this point they've sent me to two pharmacies, neither of which was authorized to give me the prescription. Both pharmacies told me that the doctor or PA needed to authorize the medication before they could give it to me. After calling and leaving messages, they still haven't gotten back to me and resolved the issue. They claim that this medication does not need to be authorized, while the pharmacy continues to tell me it does. I'm not sure why they're not authorizing the medication to be released, or why it falls under my responsibility to constantly be calling and reminding them to do so.
