Manager was very rude to my brother whom truck broke down in this parking lot and was fixed in less than 30 minutes. We were told to move our vehicles because we made his motel look bad. I was very confused as there was a gentleman there changing his oil with trash spreaded out over the lot within steps away from us and he was never addressed. The manager proceeded to yell at us telling us to move our cars. Even if I was homeless I would never lay my head at this facility.

The air conditioner did not work the remote control did not work I went to tell the attendant she gave me another room you could not deadbolt lock the new room I could not get her to answer I’m knocking on the door again to complain I decided to go to sleep anyway woke up in the middle of night there was a piece of black tape on my arm that I had gotten from the inside the bed I don’t know how, the bathroom was too dirty to take a shower I would never ever stay there if I wasn’t too tired and the freeway was backed up going through the tunnel over 12 miles that was my mistake I should’ve stayed anywhere else

It's a room to sleep and shower not the Hilton Dubai. It's not beautiful, decent price for the amenities offered. And no bugs or criminal activity or any issues with management.

How can a motel be without a coffee maker in the rooms? Not even in the lobby! Sorry but that's a deal breaker for me!
