If I could give zero stars I would. I have a family member get treatment here, they got COVID while there. The dryer has been broken for nearly a month. The rehabs solution was to give drying racks instead of fixing the dryer. The main building is falling apart, holes in the ceiling, water leaks everywhere. Don't send your family here, they aren't taking care of the people or the building. They aren't following FDA guidelines, that's why nearly 10 people got COVID at once.

Hello back in 2012 this facility was amazing they cared and they helped with everything the rooms where nice food was great and staff was great some had attitude but it was like what I’ve been reading in these reviews I am so hurt that this facility has turned into this is a disappointment to me this place saved my life I read a lot of the reviews and man everyone is saying the same things I’m going to pray for this place and the people who need this help it’s not fair at all wow I am shocked and sad man

Staff is rude and doesn’t even attempt to explain their policies. Food is awful, they change prescriptions without doctor’s authorization, and outside communication policies are archaic. Rooms have holes in walls. This place is run down and it seems like none of the staff care. Terrible environment to attempt recovery in. Do not send your loved ones here.

Long review but completely honest. I'd give zero stars if I could. This is a horrible facility. Detox/inpatient Facility is disgusting(detox is no longer at hospital). Mattresses are wore out and uncomfortable. No tvs in rooms, they have tv rooms with only 16 local channels(male & females). If you are sleeping and don't wake yourself to ask for comfort meds at med times you don't recieve them until next med time. They will not wake you up. Showers were moldy with knats all over shower walls. I ended up cleaning shower stall because "housekeeper" refused too. She even had detox patient doing her job because she had to leave to go to court with her son. Staff plays favorite. If you know anyone on the outside you're not allowed any contact unless you're a favorite.I got sent to houses above center because I knew someone(I wasn't a favorite). While I was up there I had to go down to center for my morning & night meds(not everyone got meds & they got to stay at house), several people had cigarettes and money come up missing but nothing was said or done(your every move is on camera but staff wouldn't watch). You have a 2hour "group" in the morning. Group Topics were mostly about what happened while you was using (seemed to trigger people to want to leave and get high). I didn't learn any coping skills or anything towards sobriety. Then another 1hour "group" in afternoon, again same as morning group. Other than those 3hours it was all downtime. I don't have any complaints on food other than it was all high carbs. They only provide bottled water(had to refill with tap water, awful tasting). They provided milk and coffee(everyone complained about taste) at meals and orange juice at breakfast. They have vending machines, can of pop is $1 and bottles are $2(if machine didn't take your money, never seen anyone refunded, they were called a liar). I never received any one on one counseling due to being them being understaffed. They recieve grants & received $870 per person per day, honestly not sure where that money goes. I'm sure administration staff have nice paychecks. The owners need to come clean house starting at the top. Administration treats patients like They are better than them. All the good staff are leaving and I completely understand why. If you or a loved one need treatment PLEASE send them elsewhere, you're only $$ to them. This place WILL NOT get them any help.

When I was there you could call home once a day with your detox counselor present. Im assuming it goes the same way now.
