I've had a wonderful experience everybody is so kind and welcoming at first I was nervous but quickly became comfortable in the group setting and with my counselor it's an amazing place to find recovery but not only recovery I found myself a 100% recommend for any loved one or yourself just give it a try it will change your life I promise you that and another great thing about Brightview if you slip up you do not get punished you get the help you need so you can heal and become the person you always wanted to be without substance I wish you all luck and I hope to see you soon and pray for you this is where your life will begin. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The most professional staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I would highly recommend BrightView to anyone with substance abuse issues! There was hardly any wait time for my first appointment! From the providers to the counselors, everyone there is very well trained and extremely knowledgeable and informative! I can't thank them enough for helping me change my life around and stay sober!

Thank you all for being so wonderfully nice to me and always working with me no matter if it's a couple minutes late q whole lot to talk about or just being patient with me while trying to get to where I need to be . Thank you to the Dr, the ladies at the front desk , my councilor who listens and gives me her best input on my crazy life .also jared for making sure I'm good everytime I see him to get my meds. I can't forget the wonderful women that give me my urine test and check vitals and weight. Thank you all so much. I've been to almost every place around Youngstown and this is be far the best I highly recommend it if your a struggling addict looking for help.

That is a great question! Yes, we are treating patients both in-person and via telehealth with our comprehensive, personalized treatment programs. We are adhering to all CDC and Ohio Department of Health recommendations to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. We are still welcoming new patients for same-day and next-day appointments in our outpatient programs, and we continue to accept walk-ins weekdays until 3:00pm.
We accept 100 % of Ohio Medicaid plans, as well as Medicare, and almost all major insurance companies. For questions or assistance related to Commercial Insurance Programs, please call (513) 873-1130. Our live treatment facility representatives will help patients with the insurance (Medicaid, Medicare or Commercial) process, and are also prepared to help Insurance Companies with claim or account reviews. Yes, we do. However, we highly recommend and often implement that couples are assigned separate groups for group counseling sessions.
Hi Michelle, decades of research show that outpatient treatment for addiction is the most effective way for patients to maintain long-term sobriety. We work with dozens of local social service organizations, including temporary housing and more permanent housing providers for patients. If inpatient addiction treatment is required for some reason, we partner with several inpatient providers in the Youngstown area, but that is very rare.
