Hi Deloris, our inpatient treatment program usually lasts between 30-60 days but we customize each treatment plan for each individual so it will all depend on the person coming into treatment...if you'd like more info, you can call our assessment department at 330-797-0070 and we also offer free consultations which can probably provide you with more information!

Yes, we do offer scheduled smoke breaks throughout the day in our in patient program.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, both our inpatient residential treatment and our housing sites are not allowing visitors at this time. However, we are working towards a process to reopen the visiting policy at our sites as official guidelines allow.

Yes, Jayci is correct. Just call our office Monday-Friday at 330-797-0070 and you can schedule an appt or we offer walk in hours M-F 8am-2pm at both our Warren and Youngstown offices. You will need to go through an assessment and see a doctor to be put on our MAT program! Kim Allison - Yes we do accept United Healthcare - both the Medicaid form and the private insurance. If you come in for any of our programs/services, just let them know that is the insurance you have!

Yes, we are open on Saturday for medication dosing between 5:30am and 11am at both our Meridian Road office (527 North Meridian Road, Youngstown, OH 44509 and our Warren office (320 High Street, NE, Warren OH 44481). All other programs/services are closed. We are closed on Sunday at all locations.

Hi Anthony - you can walk in, but you will have to been seen by a doctor who can then determine whether you can switch to methadone.

Hi Theresa, We do accept PA Medicaid. We accept all forms of private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare - we will not turn anyone away who needs our services. When you come in, just let them know you have the PA Medicaid.
