Good food and a tv doesn't make up for the lack of quality clinical care. My CDCA told me she "forgot I was there" for a week. She gave the court system incorrect info about my follow-up care. They almost missed my dr appointment because nobody was there to take me. Another staff member broke my confidentiality. Fear of returning to a joke like this will help me stay sober. Wonderful job New Day 960!!!

I will forever be thankful for this wonderful place!! I was treated like a human not an addict. Every single staff member was respectful and most important very compassionate. Not only did i detox but was also able to learn tools that are helping me in my recovery. They truly saved my life. THANKS RON for being tuff when you had to and caring all the time every single person that talked to me while i was there will forever be in my heart. Im 26days clean after 25 years of killing my self. I know i have a long hard recovery ahead of me but because what I learned in this place and the meeting i go to every single day for the first time in my life I know I can do it. GOD bless

Staff was not inviting or friendly, and a member of the nursing staff spoke in a very condescending manner during my intake and short stay while I detoxed. I felt judged and like this staff member was “sizing me up” and had a particular need to control or “redirect” my behavior, which when you’re coming off narcotics, one should be met with compassion and understanding. Not rudeness, disrespect, and lack of knowledge with trauma-informed care. I actually left and didn’t complete the program because I was made to feel like I was a nuisance by this particular staff member. I found help elsewhere, thankfully.

I was treated like a dog. Yelled at and disrespected. Since I stepped foot in that place the lady started yelling at me. I should have walked right out.
