Amazing job, especially Cesar! He carries himself very professionally and sets a great example for staff. One item we ordered was out so and he was quick to fix the issue with a substitute. Ceasar went above and beyond to ensure our experience was more than enjoyable; this seemed to include the other patrons he interacted with. Overall, staff was super friendly, service was excellent and the food was delicious!

I want to give a shout out to the friendly humans at Culver's for their fantastic customer service. Tonight in the drive thru, my order was somehow missed, but that's okay, mistakes happen. After I asked someone if they could check on my order, they did, and 5 minutes later, brought my food out, apologized for the wait, and also brought me not one, but THREE (good) coupons which have two free meals and a dessert. Owning up to mistakes and welcoming back guests in any service industry is important, and this place really hit it out of the park tonight with fixing a mistake. Much appreciated. Service has always been great, friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 Anyway, onto the food. Food is always consistently fresh and tasty. Never had a bad meal from this location. Thanks Culver's for your great meals and service

I stopped by the Culver's in Olathe after a long walk. The restaurant was packed with people but the order line was was quickly served by smiling and happy crew. The manager herself was at the register I was in. As busy as the place was I got great service with a smile given a marker to take to my table for my order to be delivered to. The wait was not long at all much faster then any fast food restraint of late. My order was complete hot and fresh. I ordered the pot roast sandwich with onion rings and a chocolate shake. I can't stress enough the pleasure that pot roast sandwich was to eat. Serving portion was large and the taste was unsurpassed. Onion rings were equally satisfying. Followed by the chocolate shake. A perfect meal and experience. While a full restaurant vacant tables were quickly cleaned condiment station well stocked garbage cans not overfilled and serving trays quickly policed by smiling crew members. I didn't see or hear any complaints or concerns shared by any of the guests seated or leaving. I didn't get the managers name but she is top notch and clearly the envy of her crew. I will return and share my experience with all I know.

Well, it's a fast food place, so rating will take that into consideration. First the staff. They must really trust them well, because they really treated me well. What fast food place holds the door open for you, smiles when taking your order and the same staff delivering it to you. Usually management that takes care of its people, have staff that takes care of customers. It's noticed and appreciated. Now the food. Very tasty and fresh. Fries crispy. Burgers juicy. Chicken cooked nicely and Not dry. Not fancy, but not fancy priced either. Restrooms clean and stocked. Feel comfortable stopping to eat. OH, and leave room for ice cream!
