I have been fighting this company for 3 years - they keep billing an insurance company in Maryland. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN MARYLAND!! I used Quest Diagnostics services when I lived in Stafford, VA but I moved to Kansas City 2 years ago. Their billing department sent my account to collections 2 years ago. I told them they were billing the wrong state and they told me they would correct their records. Now they have sent my account to collections AGAIN because their billing department doesn't know what they are doing and they are STILL billing Maryland - not Virginia. I am 74 years old and am fighting cancer so I do not need this harassment. I guess they only way to resolve this problem is to hire a lawyer and they sue Quest Diagnostics for court costs, harassment and punitive damages. I am very happy that I do no have to use them anymore.

Don’t trust their automated system to make an appointment. It is not accurate even with an confirmation number. In addition, this location changes their operation hours randomly so you may show up hours before they are “listed” to close and on any given week day they’ll be closed. Terrible operations!!!

I was able to make an appointment online, check-in on my phone from the car, and only waited 2 or 3 minutes before they took me back to do the blood draw. In and out in a matter of minutes. Friendly staff and great service. You can't ask for much more than that!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I made an appointment and upon arrival, I checked in and waited. My appointment was done online via the Quest system and this location was assigned. I told them I was there for appointment because I was exposed to covid. They told me they were not seeing patients who were exposed but only asymptomatic and those taking the test for travel. O told her I was asymptomatic but with Christmas coming up I needed to be tested. She then tells me they can't do the test because they don't have any swabs. So which excuse is truthful????? If you are assigned this location, don't waste your time. Find another location.
