Worst apartment building I have ever lived in can’t get maintenance to fix nothing. They do nothing for the community but try to get as much money as they can out of you while providing you with no service. Very unprofessional and non existent never move here thinking it’s gonna be peaceful you are sadly mistaken the do nothing when u present them with problems but give fake apologies most my bet hungry apartment in VA STAY AWAY!! I wouldn’t ever recommend these apartments and the people in the office suck and are very unprofessional

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I’ll probably be renewing again this summer. I see a lot of bad reviews and am surprised. It’s the absolute best value in the area. The apartments are updated and sizable especially for the price point. The people in the housing office are always accommodating and understanding with needs. Other than occasionally noisy neighbors (like every apartment building) it’s a good place to live on a budget.

I have extended my lease once, and look forward to renewing again. This location is much better than the place I was previously staying. The apartments are almost brand new and extremely updated, especially for the area. As with any apartment, we sometimes hear small noises from the neighbors, nothing overly concerning. It seems to be a very safe area given that there are always children outside at play. The area is convenient, close enough to 610 and Quantico but relatively secluded. The gym is a convenient and nice place to work out. Every apartment has a patio which is small but nice for sitting outside. My only complaint is that they have trash compactors instead of dumpsters and many of the residents are inconsiderate, just throwing their trash next to the compactor instead of inside. This is not the fault of the housing office as much as some of the residents. As for the staff, maintenance is very friendly and helpful, and in the office, Anna always has a smile on her face and is willing to help with anything you need.

Update guys: THIS PLACE CONTINUES TO GET WORSE AND WORSE. JUST AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. We would have splurged on Ultris had we had known. We cannot wait for our lease to be up. So, we moved in here two months ago. Let me tell you, the move in process is not easy. It was a nightmare took more than a week long to be vetted and approved. You would think that we were adopting a child from another country. Paperwork, approval from your high school counselor, every job you’ve ever held and proof of everything. Income, school verification. Apparently BAH is an income, even when you work 60 plus hours a week and can prove it. It’s all accounted for. Your school has to sign paperwork, your job, everything. It’s so inconvenient. I call maintenance once a week. The air conditioner doesn’t blow in the entire back of the apartment. All 6 vents are in the living room/kitchen. They came to take the vents off, to make the air flow better? It looks so tacky. Dryer barely works. Dishwasher sometimes work. You’re expected to work a normal 9-5, because who cares if you work nights. They literally just did a random inspection of the apartment and they just come on over and ring your doorbell whenever they feel. Only one person who works for the apartment respects your living space and covers his shoes. This place may appear nice, it’s honestly not worth the headache. I cannot wait for our lease to be up. Oh! And you have to pay for your own mailbox. They don’t own the mailboxes on site. The post office does. Your packages also get held hostage in the office. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place. It’s no mystery anymore why there are so many available units.
