I went to Mr. B's with a seized up engine on my lawnmower. The gentleman behind the counter immediately stopped what he was doing, came out to the parking lot, diagnosed the problem, and told me how to fix it on my own. He charged me nothing. It would have been so easy for him to say that they needed to take it in and replace something and then charge me money. Instead they were polite, honest, and sent me on my way. The gentleman was 100% correct about how to fix it and I was able to finish mowing my lawn that day! Should any of my small engines break I will be bringing them to this business immediately.
