I brought in one of my sick clients and I was turned away by the unprofessional from desk clerk. Stating he couldn't help me because I didn't know my client insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. Then he told me to go the ER. How rude. If he didn't want to his job he didn't have to come to work. Then after he turned me away he sat back in the chair crossed his arm smirked. I will never come back to this establishment. It's all about principle and courtesy. You cant be in the eye of the public and don't know how to professionally interact with the public. My client has insurance he was just to lazy to do his job. Never again.

Didn't want to even leave a star. Denied care due to old balance on older insurance, asked if I could pay $20 on a $51 balance and was told I had to pay full amount or my son couldn't be seen. Really?!? I tossed $60 cash on counter and she said "we won't see you if you act that way" I said just take it out of that so my son can get a work note! Then the idiots didn't have change and refused to see my son. I always bring my boys there and have never had to pay an old balance in full to be seen. The 2 girls working are unprofessional and have no respect for patients just money hungry admins.

Great experience. Was there approximately 45 minutes from registering to seeing the R.N. to seeing the P.A. Each person was kind, courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs. A few days later I called and asked if they could fax my information from this visit to my primary caregiver, they did with no issues. Thank You UNI Urgent Care (North Point location).
