The recommendation of the solar attic fans was excellent at it has really helped bring down the temperature in the house this summer. Thanks

Booked roof project with Darrin Mccormick on 5/17/22, project to begin precisely on 6/15 (day of closing on house). Didn't hear a single word from anyone, so on June 12th at 10:42a I text Darrin "Confirming you're all set to begin on the 15th?" Answer: "Yes sir. We are all set" June 15th comes and goes, at 5:03pm I text Darrin, "Thought you were starting on [house address] today?" no response. So finally on June 17th 11:52am I text him "The start date was a hard requirement...we moved on when we didn't hear from you by the start date." Only then does he magically respond 2 minutes later citing a work place injury. Wait it gets better, July 3rd I noticed they never refunded my deposit. Contacting Darrin, he refuses to refund my money because we fired them "unjustly". DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY They may just not show up and then will keep your deposit.

Will definitely recommend and use again.

Originally signed contract in November, was told we would be two weeks until completion. It took until February 3rd before the shingles were actually installed. Second part of the contract was to remove and reinstall our solar array after the new roof was installed. I understand this is not a normal service of theirs, but Darrin told me he could get it done and this was the deciding factor to go with him. Once the shingles were up. Darrin has told me repeatedly that they will be back to install the solar array "Friday" or "tomorrow".... then no one shows up and Darrin does not reach out to communicate delays. Almost every step of the project Darrin has been horrendous with communicating updates, delays, or issues. And currently I've been reaching out trying to get updated on when this can be completed.... but Darrin does not respond to my texts or phone calls. He has told me many different reasons for delays.... but I always have to hunt him down to find out anything. I've tried desperately to resolve this with him and have been mostly ignored. The two stars were because when he did have his crew show up, they did do a good job. However, due to communication issues, I would not recommend him for any project going forward.

Yes, Thermoplastic olefin (TPO) is energy efficient. TPO reflects 75% of the suns ray while evenly dispersing the remaining 25%. This leaves the roof “cool” to the touch thus reducing the ambient temperature inside the home. Lower ambient temperatures means lower energy bills.
Yes, there will be a temperature difference. Lighter colors reflect more sun thus absorbing less heat.
