Great place to study or get some work done. There are huge windows and lots of natural lighting so you don't feel like you're in a dungeon all day. I like the large mac monitors so you can spread your work across the big screen. Be aware that the computer will restart after an hour so make sure you save your work. Overall, a lovely public library!

Wonderful access. Excellent computer. Patrons can print as many as 25 pages a day. And even scan and email from the printer, if needed.

NO it's free
No but there are meters outside the street and there are garages in the vicinity. Best way is to just take metro and get off Foggy Bottom stop.
