This place is fake. Their website is extremely misleading. They claim to be a facility that has a program that is inpatient treatment for drugs or alcohol. However, that is a LIE. and simply put they ONLY accept patients who have previously attending and "inpatient facility" elsewhere for at least 28 days prior to being admitted in their program. To me that is a total waste of money and time. Why are they calling themselves a rehab facility if they really are not??? Total fakes!!!

Awesome until covid hit hard and too close. Other than that everything is there if you want to change. And the recovery network is the best I've been around.

I called there around 11:30 on Sept. 2nd for an intake appointment. I was told by Medicaid that they accepted my insurance. Too bad they wouldn't call me back. Over 24 hours later and I still haven't received a call back, and I left a clear voicemail. Unprofessional to say the least. Thankfully my addiction is to marijuana. I feel for people who have a worse addiction than mine. They clearly need to hire a new intake specialist that's able to help people with addiction. Their "specialist" is clearly too busy. I called several other companies and they had a specialist at the ready. More than I can say about The Ranch. Sad.

Yes. We allow smoking and vaping in 4 designated areas. No chewing tobacco is permitted on campus anywhere.
We no longer serve children. This has become an adult men's facility. We do not utilize telemarketing any longer, but thank you for your interest.
Yes. The vehicle must be registered in our system for safety and tracking purposes, due to HIPAA / Privacy concerns.
Cell phones are permitted. We simply ask that they be silenced when clients are receiving services. No photography via cellphone is permitted without the express permission of the individuals being photographed (HIPAA / Confidentiality).
We are a 3-6 month program, residential. Most clients are referred from higher levels of care, such as Detox or Rehab.
Yes we accept referrals from the hospital. Call the main office and talk to someone about a prescreening.
