You need to tell your drivers to look out for people at the stops this is the 4th time your 40 driver had just drove by stop didn’t look over at the stop and just kept driving how can some one drive such a big machine and not pay attention to his stop and now i am late for work again. Just came back to give a update nothing has changed called to file a complaint the person over the phone could care less whats the point…. And came back 8months later talked to a couple supervisor and still no set schedule off peak hour 40 bus just don’t show up

I'm a disable veteran that have dialysis treatment three days a week at the Davita Dialysis Center at Ballenger Creek. There's another disable veteran at the same location and we have dialysis on the same days. For some reason, the Transit Bus Service alway put him up at least an hour after he has completed his dialysis treatment. The disable Veteran is missing a his right foot, the other foot is in a boot wrapped up and his in a wheelchair. Now, here's the crazy thing. The Transit Driver pickup another patient at the time when he's ready to go home, but won't take him home which make no sense because the other patient live one block up from the disable Veteran. I already contacted the Maryland Department of Veteran's Affairs that located in Downtown Frederick, Maryland.
