Let me just say this..... I'm new to this facility and good lord! I'm glad I'm just passing thru, the people up front are LAZY, & RUDE! and frankly just don't want to do their job! Unless it involves running their mouth to the co-worker next to them. Now once you get the call to go in the back it's completely different from that point on thank God. Like I said I'm passing thru I feel for anyone who has to come here on a regular basis...Just sad sisters...Just sad. And the rudnes and everything else I said times 2 if you try to call the place.

If you have Medstar Family Choice DC they will tell you on the phone they accept your insurance. Then when you arrive they will tell you they do not accept it. Waste of time and gas. They seem nice about it.....

I would also like to add that the staff at MedStar is just as wonderful as my doctor. All together they are a wonderful team.

Women’s Wellness care sucks. They’ve been getting worse and worse during my maternity care. I either have had to wait over an hour past my appt time to be seen or they cancel my appointments last minute. Being pregnant, it was beyond an inconvenience to come to an appointment 15 min early as requested just to be told my doctor is gonna be 45 min to an hour behind (MORE THAN ONCE). So I’m sitting in a waiting room with sick people coughing all around me. Not until I got up and left and drove back home did they finally call me and say they were ready for me to come in the back but I was gone and been home for over an hour at that point. My doctors weren’t there for my delivery and now I still have yet to be seen for my postpartum visit. I do not recommend this facility AT ALL.
